How We Work
Our fully qualified mortgage adviser, Andrew Gallacher, will meet with you at a time and place convenient to you in order to undertake a ‘fact-find’ so that he has all the relevant information needed about your own individual circumstances and requirements.
Andrew has worked in the financial services industry for the past 30 years and with his experience, has a wealth of knowledge to assist you when discussing your requirements.
Following your initial meeting Andrew will research from the whole mortgage market in order to make his recommendation.
If you wish to proceed he will look after your application from start to finish liaising not only with the lender but also with all other appropriate parties including for example solicitors and estate agents in order to make the whole process as smooth as possible for you
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
